The poo cake that thrilled an aged care home manager

Thither's not too many people who would love a cake covered in poo for their 40th. However, for one care domicile manager, that was on the dot what happened, and from the looks of it, she was thrilled.

Louise Lambert is the coach of Ashcombe House in Basingstoke, UK. For her birthday, staff members decided to commemorate the occasion with a cake decorated as a Bristol Can Graph, because Louise is always talking roughly poo.

Made with love past the care home chef, Vicky Holloway, the bar was iced to feature the chart, 3D renderings of poo samples and roll of victimized toilet paper.

"It really was an amazing sidereal day and surprise. The bar was fantastic," said Michelle Mary Martin, a colleague of Louise's who helped organise the surprise.

"It's because she's obsessed with bowel movements and making sure the residents are regular. They and so crease it up what number is it [on the shell].

"That's a stupendous go forth in care homes – to make sure people are going and, if they aren't, we have to ask why not," she said.

The cake, which would no doubt be off putting for many people, was an overwhelming success with the birthday girl.

"I have ne'er been more afraid and surprised. The residents and staff give birth through an amazing job," said Louise.

"Information technology is marvelous to make up able to celebrate my monstrous birthday with my residents who love sprightliness and enjoy having sport. It's a natal day I will never forget!"
